Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives and supporting decision-making processes.

Roles and Duties ofBusiness Analyst
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and data analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the resolution of issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support for business process improvements and change management.
Minimum Qualifications forBusiness Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
