We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the group. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in customer service roles, excellent communication skills. Roles and Duties ofCustomer Service Representative
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide information, assistance, and solutions to their inquiries or issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns and addressing them in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Keep accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

- 1+ years of professional experience in customer service roles.
