Roles and Duties ofCustomer Support Specialist

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Provide product information, assist with troubleshooting, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products/services, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service procedures.
  • Uphold our company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications forCustomer Support Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns.
