Web Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join the design team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.

Roles and Duties ofWeb Designer
- Create website layouts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design responsive and aesthetically pleasing website interfaces that align with user experience goals.
- Select and optimize visual elements, including images, graphics, and icons, for web use.
- Develop and maintain guidelines and style standards for consistency across websites.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and enhance website designs.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure design accuracy and functionality on various devices.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including banners, email templates, and social media graphics.
- Keep websites updated with fresh and relevant design content as needed.
Minimum Qualifications forWeb Designer
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (optional but beneficial).
Preferred Skills forWeb Designer
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Animation and interaction design skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
