Helpline (1800-180-3024), android app, availability of consumer ADR form in different regional languages, promotion through social media are the key measures available for the consumers to report ADR</div><div><br></div><div><b>RESULTS</b></div><div><span>These are the unique channels for the patients to report ADRs, in addition to the existing 210 ADR Monitoring Centres. These facilities&nbsp;&nbsp;aims&nbsp;&nbsp;to build the public confidence because the prompt Short Message Service is inbuilt with the system. India with variety of languages, step easy for the consumers to report ADR via their language. Though these approaches are efficiently working still sensitization and awareness programmes are organized to raise the outreach to every corner of&nbsp;&nbsp;the country to promote patient safety.</span></div></div><div><br></div>
