Hi, my name is Manilyn Gomez, I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Gen. Management. I had experience working as appointment setter/cold caller and VA for 6 months. We called leads for Realtors and Vets. I had experience working as a Customer Support Rep at Expedia Service for 1 year and 10 months. We cater bookings, cancellation, changes and name corrections for flight, hotel and cars. We also deal with accounts and billing inquiries. One of my responsibilities as a customer support rep is working with escalation where in customer is asking for a supervisor because tier 1 agent was not able to further assist the customer's concern.  I also had experience working as a Customer Service Rep with Comcast at Convergy’s Phili for 1 year and 3 months, that deal with internet, phone and cable service. We walk the customer through if they have a problem with all of the service’s. Working in such field boosts my confidence and ability to speak well because it taught me how to provide good customer service satisfaction.
