Job Summary:


We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide excellent assistance to our customers. As a Support Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media.

• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide accurate solutions.

• Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Provide feedback to improve product functionality and customer experience.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience with customers.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

• Basic technical knowledge of the product (training will be provided).
