 • Contact owners and tenants to verify interest.
 • Record data systematically in an Excel sheet.
 • Customer Interaction:
 • Confirm tenant interest in using our services and update their details in the Excel sheet.
 • Follow up with inquiries, schedule visits, and ensure smooth service delivery.
 • Cold Calling (Optional):
 • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls to build relationships and drive conversions.
 • Online Property Posting:
 • Post properties on platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.
 • Maintain a professional portfolio to attract inquiries.
 • Lead Conversion:
 • Handle inquiries from potential clients.
 • Convert inquiries into visits and close deals to boost service uptake.
 Requirements:
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Experience with real estate platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook.
 • Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry.
 • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and drive conversions.
 • Honesty and reliability are a must.
