We are seeking a proven and dynamic social media team or expert to manage and grow our social media presence with a focus on hyperlocal content and inbound lead generation for off-market acquisitions. The ideal candidate/team will have experience working with real estate investors and a track record of creating personalized, engaging, and results-driven content.<h3> </h3><h3>Scope of Work</h3>1. Social Media Management:<ul><li>Daily Auto-Posting across platforms:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Facebook</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Instagram</li><li class="ql-indent-1">TikTok</li><li class="ql-indent-1">LinkedIn</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Twitter</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Google Profile</li><li class="ql-indent-1">YouTube (currently underutilized but open to growth opportunities)</li><li>Content Creation:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Hyperlocal, AI-generated content (short videos, publications, etc.)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Premium, custom-designed templates for posts</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Listing videos for off-market sales or MLS properties (manual addition or import via Zillow)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Testimonial/review videos</li></ul>2. CRM Integration &amp; Lead Management:<ul><li>Familiarity with REsimpli.com CRM platform (integrated with Zapier)</li><li>Light CRM management with AI tools for:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Lead follow-ups (via video, email, and SMS)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Weekly email newsletters to our mailing list</li></ul>3. Advertising &amp; Marketing:<ul><li>Build and manage custom Facebook and Instagram ads integrated with our CRM</li><li>Boosted delivery of content via platforms like ConstantContact and REsimpli</li><li>Email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Provide regular summaries of social media activity, engagement, and lead generation results</li><li>Analyze performance and pivot strategies if content and marketing efforts are not yielding desired results</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience working with real estate investors or similar industries</li><li>Ability to create personalized, hyperlocal content that resonates with target audiences</li><li>Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms for inbound lead generation</li><li>Strong design skills for creating premium, custom templates and ads</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms like REsimpli and tools like Zapier</li><li>Ability to provide use cases or examples of past work with measurable results</li></ul><h3>Additional Information:</h3><ul><li>The goal of our social media channels is to find off-market acquisitions and grow our audience.</li><li>We are looking for a hands-on expert/team to manage the entire platform and provide creative, data-driven solutions.</li><li>Please share examples of your past work, especially if you’ve worked with real estate investors or similar industries.</li></ul>Why Work With Us?
