Project Overview:We are seeking a versatile assistant to support in editing raw video content from webinars/podcasts, Youtube videos etc to produce snackable social media content for us to disseminate across different digital channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Our budget is $10/reel for standard 45-60 second shorts. Scope of Work: <ol><li>Content Editing</li><li>Objective: Edit various types of content derived from webinars, podcasts, video content etc provided by us.</li><li>Tasks:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Edit raw webinar and podcast video footage for improved clarity and quality.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Colour correct studio quality footage</li></ul><ol><li>Social Media Content Production and Planning</li><li>Objective: Plan and produce engaging, snack-sized social media content derived from longer forms.</li><li>Tasks:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Create short, engaging video clips suitable for social media channels.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Clips should be around 45 - 60 seconds long (unless otherwise specified).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure that the content aligns with each social media platform's specific requirements (aspect ratios) and best practices.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Adjust content for each platform's specific audience and engagement style.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure content includes our branding i.e. font/typeface and logo.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>Video and Podcast Production: Ability to edit and enhance high-quality video and audio content including animations and graphic elements.</li><li>Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in planning and producing tailored, engaging content for social media.</li><li>Content Distribution: Familiarity with best practices for distributing content across different channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.</li><li>Content Amplification: Knowledge of effective strategies to repurpose content across various formats for enhanced audience engagement.</li></ul>Deliverables: <ul><li>Edited video and audio files of the webinar/podcast content.</li><li>A series of snackable social media videos suitable for various platforms.</li><li>Social media cards, tweets, and slide share presentations from blog posts.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a proposal outlining the following: <ol><li>Your relevant qualifications and experience with content editing and social media production/distribution.</li><li>Examples of edited videos you’ve created.&nbsp;</li><li>Tools and resources you intend to use and their relevance to the project.</li><li>Your availability on a weekly/daily basis (we are PST).&nbsp;</li><li>Your hourly rate and per-video rate (sometimes we are not producing shorts/reels and will go hourly for longer videos).</li></ol> BONUS / SAMPLE:Please provide sample for this: Make a reel for us to put on LinkedIn, Instagram etc. promoting the webinar with the footage edited: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ktBkCGLwGiGGTdQ4zM2wLk5OVoc_uv9Y/view?usp=drive_link ^^ must include actual footage from the webinar, key highlights, etc. You can also deliver an edited copy of the webinar, removing awkward pauses, filler words, including transitions with our branding etc. You can see the end result:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1E6xEEdQmu75LzpZfffkoofk0EDiAjTav/view?usp=sharing Here's a figma file where you can pull Mediafy brand assets like logo etchttps://www.figma.com/design/jXUXdhhPCA8cobCBKBcUSi/NEW-Mediafy?t=H4LCcHCsQOxoALaA-0 Let me know if you need anything else.
