We used to register complaints of customers whose products were faulty and get technicians to visit and fix them
Havells used to register their complaint through crm and it used to get assigned to Havells service center
By the way, my role was customer management, in which there were some calls for the AMC of the customers product, in which we had to tell the basic details so that the customer could purchase the products AMC, for which we also got incentives.
