I am a Sales Support Specialist working at my previous firm. I have been in this role for two years and my main responsibility is to provide sales support to the managers. In this capacity, I work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries are answered promptly and accurately. Additionally, I maintain close relationships with our clients by providing them timely updates on their accounts as well as offering guidance on how they can use our features to maximize their investment. As a result of my efforts, the company has seen an increase in customer satisfaction and renewals.
My greatest strength lies in my ability to analyze data quickly and identify patterns that other people might miss. Because of this skill, I am often able to foresee potential issues with accounts before they become problems our account executives need to address.
I have extensive experience working in sales support, and my skills include excellent customer service, data entry,
