Adetayo Adeyemi

I’ve worked in the Financial and Banking industry for 15 years, starting in a trainee role, moving through to an officer, and working my way to becoming the Head of the Customer Care Unit at the company, I always wanted to work in the same or similar role because I have superb experience relating with customers and having their agitations and issues resolved. My most recent role involves finding immediate, and enduring solutions to customer concerns and resolving issues concerning their account in a timely and efficient manner. I’m empathetic and have astute time management ability. I was given a commendation letter by my former employer for surpassing my target in July 2022 during our mid year review.
