Over the past 4 years, I managed to develop my customer service experience with both American and UK cultures, that I believe it would be an addition to any organization I would have the chance to work for.
I worked as a billing advisor for Vodafone UK. Also I used to be a technical support advisor for Samsung UK, and Sirius xm radio in USA.
When dealing with customers, I tend to be a good active listener, patient, good tempered, and I work hard to resolve their issue as much as possible.
Also, I have been a freelance translator for more than 10 years now, since I was studying in university, making use of bing graduated from highly qualified language school.
Working as an accountant and computer instructor, as well as writing poetry and essays helped me to develop my areas of expertise in English to Arabic translation, and vise versa, in the fields of commerce, computer, and literature.
