Part of my job responsibilities back then include order placement, refund processing, tracking of orders, product inquiry, product installation and website navigation for TurboTax. Reconciliation, Bill Pay and downloading bank transactions are a few of my expertise acquired for supporting Quicken. I also became a Sales Specialist for AT&T, Quality Analyst Apprentice, Subject Matter Expert SME, and a Team Manager who interviews, provides training and influences talents for the growth and success of the company.
