I am an enthusiastic and dedicated entry level data analyst with a robust academic background in international business and business management. I hold an MSc in International Business from the University of Sheffield, where I completed a dissertation on The Impact of COVID 19 on SMEs in Malaysia, earning a Merit grade. This project allowed me to develop critical research and analytical skills, as I organized and conducted interviews with SME business owners, uncovering key insights into the challenges faced by the restaurant industry during the pandemic.
