Hi my name is albert but you can call me Cy. I have a total of two years and one month of professional experience, starting as a customer service representative for a year and six months. In that role, I honed my skills in communication, problem solving, and customer satisfaction, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets. Due to my dedication and ability to handle complex issues, I was promoted to a technical representative position, which I’ve held for the past seven months. In this role, I have developed a deeper understanding of our products and services, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. This progression has allowed me to combine my customer service expertise with technical knowledge, making me a well rounded and effective team member.
