Alejandro Layno

I am Alejandro S. Layno Jr., 26 years old, living in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. I started my journey after earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Surigao del Sur State University Lianga Campus, where I graduated with a service, loyalty, and a special talent award. I have 5 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, where I’ve progressively taken on more responsibilities. I started as an HR Specialist, moved up to an Administrative Assistant/Planning Associate, and most recently worked as a Customer Service Representative Teller at Metrobank. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong skill set in managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and maintaining effective client relationships. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and various project management tools. My experience includes handling detailed tasks like payroll processing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
