Alexandre Soares

I have over 15 years of experience as a musician and artistic project manager. I worked as an Educational Supervisor at Sustenidos Cultura and Santa Marcelina Cultura between 2010 and 2022, and currently as General Pedagogical Artistic Coordinator at Musicou Brasil.

My responsibilities, in addition to designing, implementing, and monitoring educational projects, have always included conducting selection processes, team integration, training, qualifications, and ongoing management of teams at the teaching centers and headquarters. I currently work as General Pedagogical Artistic Coordinator at Musicou Brasil, a 100% funded project direct funding or PRONAC managed by Sustenidos Cultura OSC. In this position, I actively participate in the preparation of the projects educational and budgetary proposals, projecting personnel needs and the classification of items for each implementation proposal, as well as developing strategies for the healthy maintenance of management.
