About Me
Amir Noorani is an award winning filmmaker originally from Houston, Texas. Amir attended Cornell University before receiving his MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. He was formerly an Executive Producer at Duel and a Design Producer at Ant Farm before starting his own shop, Noorani Films. He has led teams of motion graphics and visual effects artists and has directed numerous live-action commercials. His clients have included Activision, Avid, Belkin, Square Enix, Microsoft and Google. His short film, SHAYA, screened at over 25 film festivals worldwide and was nominated for an award by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts BAFTA/LA. Most recently he has returned to Ant Farm as an Executive Producer to lead their Commercial Production, Motion Graphics and Design.
