Im a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead by day and an entrepreneur by night. I believe in finding a balance between your work and personal life. For me, my personal life revolves around entrepreneurship. After graduating from LUMS with a degree in Management Sciences. I started taking these 2 things in parallel. I started a cafe with my friends and once the operations for the cafe were set up, I started working as a People Operations Executive at Tintash, a remote first tech consulting firm.
My experiences so far have helped me in developing a lot of skills such as strong interpersonal skills, project management skills, conflict resolution, stakeholder management etc. Moreover, my academic experience has helped me in honing my technical skills.
I like finding new challenges for myself and I strive under pressure situations. Thats why currently Im looking for a new opportunity to use my current skills to add value in the society and add new skills and experiences in my portfolio
