About Me
My work experience is a journey which includes software houses, call center, manufacturing and banking industry. From being an HR officer to Group HR Manager, I have been responsible for creating HR Departments from scratch which includes making HR policies, strategies, forecasting HR annual budget, introducing different interview forms and procedures behavioral, group, traditional, stress, case, panel, phone, video, offline, job fairs, selecting job placement channels, setting parameters for KPIs, conducting surveys for pay structure, working on employee benefit programs, sitting with stakeholders to set goals for every department, TNA Training need analysis and doing performance reviews. Introduce new HR Trends and practices within the company and also through practices doing employer branding.
