2.Internet research through Zillow.com, redfin.com, realtor.com, foreclosure.com, sandicor.com, Trulia.com, and State tax assessor websites for real estate property information. Copying information from the internet to excel sheet.
3. Updating our Real Estate CRM using Zoho, and Podio. Other CRMS as well like Salesforce.com, PropertyWare.com and Realeflow.com.
4. Setting up appointments and managing calendar.
5. Handling and Managing Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets and MS Office MS Word, Excel
6. Creating and filling out contracts.
7. Monitoring other staff performance.
