1 year and 2 months Appointment Setter/Lead Generation/ Cold Caller

In this role, I am identifying potential clients, reach out to qualified leads, provide all necessary details for the service we offer, schedule an appointment and do follow up via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Email. I also do cold calling if necessary to gain more appointments.
It is important to gain the leads interest and trust by proving that I am a human not a bot, gaining their trust by providing necessary details for the service we provide and to have them book for appointment.

3 years and 2 months BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative and a Mentor.

As a CSR I am task to place orders, process refunds and returns, answer product inquiries, walk the customers through the website and basic troubleshooting.
As a mentor I was task to assist my colleagues either tenured and newbies. I am task to submit Daily EOD reports, I also handle weekly refresher training.
