About Me
I am a graduate of Bachelor in Banking in Finance. I currently work as contact center associate in a property management where I help the prospects find new homes that suit their needs.
I worked on reporting and analytics using MS Excel - I created and maintained database that contained employee information and I made templates that compute KPI scorecard of employees. I also handled escalation calls. These tasks helped me hone my analytical and logical skills, these also helped me learn to work efficiently even under pressure and with integrity at all times.
I worked as a part-time office admin where I created records and monitored closely the finances of the business. I also handled basic payroll management. Alongside this, I also worked as a part-time video producer - I made mostly Facebook viral videos using Final Cut Pro X.
