Anita Rajagopal

I am 39 and presently work remotely on assignment for a company specializing in content development, publishing and training. I work in the capacity of an administrator tending to incoming inquiries via telephone and emails, confirming sales, customer service, fixing appointments, drawing up of project briefs, and other jobs related to the business. Prior to this I've worked for the HSBC Data Processing Center based in Cyberjaya, KL, providing telephone banking support to customers based in the UK. I also have up to 5 years experience in live in-house broadcasting as well as planning and managing events from corporate annual dinners to small public stage performances. I also have a passion for baking and baked most of my son's birthday cakes since he was 2. In 2014, I turned my much loved hobby for baking into a small home business which I marketed on Facebook. However, it has proved to be a very seasonal business for me as it does very well during the Christmas holidays.
