Hi, my name is Annie. I hold a Ph.D. in Accounting from Florida International University and have 17 years of teaching experience at both FIU and St. Thomas University. My expertise includes Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I & II, Advanced Accounting, and Financial Statement Analysis at undergraduate and graduate levels.

I tutored throughout college and achieved an average score of 95 on all four parts of the CPA exam, successfully tutoring many CPA candidates. I served as a TA for accounting, teaching weekly classes to over 30 students and providing individual support during office hours.

I hold Business Administration and Economics degrees, both from St. Thomas University, and I am a Certified Public Accountant CPA.
