My name is Ann Joshua. I am a customer care Support Agent at a telecommunication industry.
Some of my roles and responsibilities are
Respond to inbound calls,and resolve the matter if its beyond the customer care position,I escalate it to the technical team via ticketing system.After raising the tickets I monitor them keenly so that I can deliver happiness by making sure that the client has been sorted out and is a happy client making me close the ticket as a happy customer care agent.
I also follow up the clients who have not been using our services for a while to know where the challenge is thereby escalating it to my supervisor so that the the challenges can be converted to strengths this retaining our clients and getting referrals from them for good services.
I also cross sale other services to the existing clients and this boosts the companys income .
I also respond timely to the emails and share receipts and Invoices timely to cooperates to avoid disconnection of the services.
