My Self Nolli Appala Raju. Im From Visakhapatnam
I have 2+ years of experience in identity and access management and SSO, User access management.
we are using ticking tool called: service now and my service.
my roles and responsibilities are involving end user related incident and service request in one identity manager.
Also access provisioning and de provisioning the user account and service account to the target system such as Azure active directory via identity manager. And also Managing the access and assigning the required Role Based Access Control RBAC to the users for their authorization.
Creation and deletion of user account in different environment and assigning roles and group to the user account in identity manager
Investigate and resolve issues with the user’s profile in different target systems by using One Identity manager and Object Browser.
I am also involved in life cycle management and change and release management and also i will manage employee data base.
