My responsibilities and job tasks included but not limited to receiving, custody, disbursement of fundsCash, providing detailed explanatory reports of expenditures and taking cash counts; recommending and maintaining approval limits to all category of managers, creating and maintaining of appropriate charts of accounts and supervising of accounts personnel; engaging in verification of fixed assets and inventory supervision and providing reports thereon after stock takings; preparation of periodic accounting reports and financials and supporting same with interpretations and drawing comparisons and trend reports, Preparation of and posting of journals vouchers and Payroll, monthly filing of VAT, Pensions, ITF, SCUMLEFCC Reports, facilitating annual audits, and engaging support internal checks.
