Barnali Paul

My name is barnali Paul. I m from Guwahati assam.. I have completed my graduation from gauhati university with human resource management on[removed]Then I moved to Bhubaneswar for my higher studies. Where I have completed my post graduation from birla global university with mass communication and journalism on[removed]Then started my working career as a radio jockey and content writer.
On 2020, I started working with wipro. I was working as a quality analyst in voice as well as non voice process.
In my role, My responsibilities was to audit data and ensure the job ids processed by the associates are meeting the quality standard. Starting from handling the clients to associates. I was leading many teams. Solving queries...finding out loop holes...monitoring updated policies.. Having one on one conversation with clients on updated strategies.
From this experience, I’ve learned a lot about how to make the most of a project and how to work closely with different team members.
