Hi, Im Beryl Apiyo. I am currently working as a Human Rights Researcher and Team Lead at ReportOUT, where I spearhead research partnerships and advocacy development. I also create research and advocacy content, along with artistic work, focusing on LGBTQI+ human rights issues. One of my key projects involves coordinating a research study on conversion therapy in Kenya and facilitating a global multilingual study on its causes and effects on LGBT+ persons.

In addition to my role at ReportOUT, I am a trainee at YORJA, the Youth Organization for Research and Transitional Justice Advocacy. Here, I have contributed to the publication The Story of Transitional Justice Systems in Africa.

I also work as a Management Trainee at Autoxpress, overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating promotional activities, managing inventory levels, and setting sales strategies
