I’m a 45 year old American male with over 20 years of work experience across various industries and professions. I have an MBA in Talent Management and a BA in Psychology. I am currently the Senior Business Development and Recruitment Consultant for Precision Recruitment International, and prior to that I was a Recruiting Consultant for Broderick Haight Consulting. My previous work experience includes a combination of HR management, recruitment, talent management, training, monitoring and evaluation, coaching, customer service, sales, writing, editing, and marketing in a variety of workplace settings in the United States, Kenya, the Philippines, and Ethiopia. I also have experience working for non governmental organizations, contractors, universities and private sector agencies.
