About Me

I've been in a call center industry for a total of 8 years handling customer service, inbound and outbound accounts, Sales and telemarketing. What I love from my previous job was doing sales. It was a nice experience talking to different people and building rapport to make them buy the product that I am offering. Well, I had good and bad experiences with the customers. I encountered irate, skeptic and those who are really not interested at all however; it did not hinder me to become the top seller of our team. There were times when an irate customer ended up buying the product and that was the most satisfying part of the job, to close a sale to unexpected person.

In selling, you must have a friendly tone of voice and a good communication skill to be able to close a sale. In my previous sales experience, I am able to handle US based for Citibank and Dell accounts, AU based for Red Island and Plan B travel and NZ and SEA for Microsoft Sales and Licensing.
