I worked with Ecobank as a customer service officer, head of the customer service unit, and customer service manager as well as sales as an RM with a proven record of success with customer engagement. While performing my duties, I used the CRM platform extensively, and had a lot of customer engagements through the phone, in person, and other means. Through these engagements, I was able to reactivate dormant relationships, offer alternate options for products that best suites customers’ needs, and also introduce other ideas that helped with the work to meet changing environments.
