During my tenure at MTN Group, i handled customers complains via calls, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time frame as well as follow up to ensure resolution. As a team lead, I also demonstrated to my subordinates how to maintaining high quality customer support, which involved significant coordination, problem solving, and adherence to compliance standards. My role required me to be highly adaptable and technologically adept, skills that are crucial in customer support environments. I am experienced in using CRM and also excellent in multitasking.
