After 7 years of thriving in digital marketing, where I mastered the art of capturing attention and driving engagement, I began to feel a growing curiosity about what happens after a user clicks. I wanted to understand the journey beyond the ad—the paths users take, the decisions they make, and how design influences their experience. This curiosity led me to explore UX design.
Transitioning from digital marketing to UX design felt like a natural evolution. My experience in crafting campaigns taught me the importance of understanding user behavior, and this insight has been invaluable in UX.
