I am a Real Estate VA, my task varies on comps, research and skip tracing, lead generation, finding deals, quick CMA, ARV, Appraisals, data entry, and many other administrative tasks in the Real Estate industry. I have worked for a Hard Money Lending company in a Houston based Real Estate market. They buy properties to flip or hold as rentals and lend money to other investors. As a Real Estate VA, I primarily assist a team of buyers. They used to take “lead calls” from people interested in selling their home to an investor.
