I’m certified in Applied Computer science and also have a diploma in electrical engineering with wide experience in both ICT and electronic security solutions. I have six years’ experience working as Technical support assistant team lead. My abilities include being able to grasp how new technologies may be applied to help the organization achieve its goals and analytical skills that help with strategic thinking and tactical implementation. My interpersonal skills are very good and I am able to create openness and trust among my colleagues. This has aided me in facilitation and conflict management to achieve a more effective working relationship in the office.
I have great communication skills, both written and verbal, which enables me to articulate complex technical ideas to those who do not have a technical background. This also helps when training staff and managers in the information technology division to identify and manage risks through any project. I am also able to communicate
