I am currently a full time Level 2 Certified Xactimate Estimator here in Nashville, TN that has been using Xactimate for around 9 years and have over 7000 estimates under my belt I can share any of them with you as reference and dozens of macros. I specialize in water mitigation, damage repair, mold remediation, contents, and roofing estimates. I also have all my own pre fabricated documents to use if you do not or need help developing your own Work Authorization forms, COS forms, equipment and labor tracking docs, etc. as well as cloud based job tracking software which I can customize for your company as well.

I have 7 current clients mitigation, mold, damage repairs, roofing, and contents that I do all of their remote estimating for and over the past 4 years we have built great relationships and had a lot of success! I am looking for a few more clients to build profitable long lasting relationships with. I do all of my own estimates, I do not outsource anything.
