About Me
I have an engineering degree as well as a law degree. I have done a three year course on intellectual property. I draft patents for clients. I have drafted 22 patents for clients all over the world.
I assist clients to respond to rejections or office actions of patents by the examiner at the USPTO the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I also on occasion had a telephone interview with the examiner. My amendments were successful, and the patent has subsequently been granted as US9233507B2.
I also draft design patents for clients. I do prior art searches to access whether the invention is new and not obvious. I give opinions on infringement. I also do freedom to operate searches. I also do some general technical writing. I assist clients in the process of applying for a patent.
