Dewi Ayu

Hi! I’m Dewi, an Electrical Engineering graduate from Udayana University. My career began in 2017 as an HRD Staff during college. In 2019, I joined an eco friendly export import company selling bamboo straws and coconut bowls. I started as a Personal Assistant and was promoted to Manager within three months after managing a significant shipment challenge. Due to the pandemic, the company closed, and I moved to a foundation caring for abandoned babies as an Operational Manager. I implemented management systems, collaborated on software development for midwives and staff, and rebranded the company’s social media and website to enhance donor engagement. I’m a great team player, fostering strong team bonds and motivating peak performance without micromanaging. Before having my beautiful daughter, I enjoyed swimming and Taekwondo as an athlete. Now, I cherish bonding time with her. Thank you for the opportunity to share my story.
