Overall responsibility to developing ICT,GIS & GPS policies & procedures and designing, implanting & monitoring wide range of IT & GIS standers which are applicable to current employer. Further I involve for planning project activities, setting up budgets, imple-menting IT,MIS,GIS projects and applications by recommending operation outlays, developing & tracking IT,MIS,GIS-related budg-ets to monitoring performance against plans while establishing resolution actions. Obtaining and managing necessary IT,GIS re-sources are done through hiring or recommending the hiring of IT,GIS staff and related personnel while supervising, monitoring and evaluating the work of IT,GIS staff. Coordinating IT,GIS-related activities are done with user departments to provide technical and project management support.
