I Graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan
Ive been in the industry for more than 12 years now.
I started my career as a Salesman for 2 years. 1 year in Smart Communications and the other year is in Asia Brewery.
I began my BPO profession as a Customer Service Representative way back 2011 for 1 year, Then shifted as a Technical Support. Ive been with the Technical Support Representative team for almost 4 years.
Ive always been a tech savvy. My experience in technical support led me to consider an IT Helpdesk position.
