I am Donna Alenain, 28 years old, married and a mother of 2. I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 4 years now and handled two different accounts. My first 2 years is with a collections account for a student loan based in the U.S. Ive done verification process for debtors before connecting them to an account specialist.
Another two years is with a dental insurance. I was assigned in the member services team doing multiple tasks like quoting of benefits, finding a dentist and setting up an appointment, checking and interpreting claims,processing premium payments ans assisting with web navigation.
