Santosh Khedkar

Dr. Santosh A. Khedkar is an experienced Computational Medicinal Chemist, with a track record of success in a decade of research in industry (Imclone Systems, Eli Lilly, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Piramal Life Sciences) and academia (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School). He discovered and developed several lead molecules over the years and continues to engage in active research involving scientists of diverse background such as Organic Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacokinetics and Toxicity. Dr. Khedkar has authored over 25 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, Patents WO2013009799 and US20140378507. In addition to small-molecule drug design, Dr. Khedkar, owing to his hunger for expanded computational expertise to newer technologies, has gained experience in antibody (biologics) modeling and keeps active interest in these both successful therapeutic streams of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
