I am a certified Virtual assistant with more than 10 years of experience in project management. My passion is to support senior executives and business leaders as well as entrepreneurs to handle their routine administrative tasks efficiently in order to optimize their time at work.
In my previous role as a Virtual Assistant to a Senior Executive, I assisted him with his Calendar management, Email, and correspondence, Confidential calls, project management duties, KPI monitoring and reporting in Microsoft Excel, and preparing his executive reports using Powerpoint.
I am highly skilled and proficient in the use of technology tools like Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Slack, ClickUp, Monday.com, and more. I use these to help in project planning, management, and reporting.
I am a friendly and collaborative person who enjoys playing tennis during his leisure time.
