1. Successful reconciliation of accounts
2. High resolution of customers, agents, & BPs complaints
3. High TAT with reference to on boarding of agents, TPs and direct customers unto the platforms
4. Follow ups and feedbacks engagements with registered and non registered agents, BPs and customers on usage of the point of sale devices.

I am great at managing tasks in fast paced environment, demonstrating proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and outlook and delivering exceptional service, able to quickly pick up new tech programs.
