Esther Igbokwe

My name is Esther Igbokwe. I have 4 years plus experience practicing and owning Human Resources Management roles.

My experience has afforded me the opportunity to excellently partner and manage stakeholders in the workplace in line with technology innovation as it relates to the business need.

Through my experiences and self development, I have enhanced my interpersonal skills, communication oral and written, leadership skills, team playing ability . I have also groomed myself in emotional intelligence, project management, strategic thinking, Talent Acquisition, performance management, culture development, creative problem solving, onboarding and off boarding, policy formation, process improvement and change management.

My most recent achievement is building up processes for a tech start up which is currently Africa’s biggest Esports organization. Understanding the business goals with my passion for excellence and ability to work with stakeholders aided this achievement.
