My name is Eugene and I’ve been in the Customer Service industry for 5 years. I started my freelancing career last 2019 and I’ve handled several e commerce businesses, mainly Shopify accounts. I’m very familiar with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Gsuites, Shopify, Paypal and among others.
